Terms and Conditions
Customers must read, acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions of Coral Andaman Co., Ltd prior to using our services. By making a booking in which we have finalized a reservation confirmation, the customer consents to the agreement and acceptance of our Terms of Service.

Liability
As a tourism agency registered in Thailand, we are by Thai law, required to take action for any cases involving troubles, injuries and/or accidents. However, for cases where passengers have lost or damaged their belongings, the customers are responsible for their own occurrences. We work to keep all of our information posted online to be as accurate as possible and for that reason, we are not at fault for any misinformation issues obtained from other sites regarding our services.

Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting your right to privacy. Only authorized personnel within the company, on a need-to-know basis, is allowed access to the information collected from customers.
All customer records are strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone outside of Coral Andaman Co., Ltd.

Making Reservations
Phone Bookings – Please call +66(0)84-0890443 or +66(0)81-5381552. Leave your name, hotel accommodation, room number, contact information, preferred trip date and the number of participants
Online Bookings – Once you choose your tour on the website, please fill out the corresponding booking form online at least one day before your desired date and time.*
*For bookings made after 17:00 Thailand time, it is best to call the number(s) stated above to check for boat availability

Pricing and Payment Methods
Coral Andaman Co., Ltd. reserves the right to amend product prices at any time without further notice. 
For cash payments, we only accept Thai baht (THB)
For credit/debit card payments, we only accept VISA and MASTERCARD, which are subject to 3% surcharge.

Cancellation and No Show Policy
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
The customer gets a full refund if they cancel their tour 7 days prior to their scheduled trip date.
The customer gets a 50% refund if they cancel their tour 3-6 days prior to their scheduled trip date.
The customer gets no refund if they cancel their tour within 2 days prior to their scheduled trip date.
No Shows are subject to a 100% charge of their booking.

Rescheduling a Tour
The customer has until 6:00PM (18:00) Thailand Time of the day before the scheduled tour to change their trip to a different date; free of charge. This is subject to availability of the new date and approval by the tour operator. Changes made after 18:00 Thailand time of the day before the original scheduled date must pay an additional 50% of the tour price.

Itinerary Flexibility
• Contents of scheduled activities may be subject to change without notice based on weather conditions and/or other unforeseen circumstances.
• There is the possibility for re-arrangements in schedule timing and the order of activities for the day’s itinerary. All of the times are estimate.

Inclement Weather
Rain or shine, our tours are almost always carried out as scheduled. If the customer specifically requests to cancel their tour date because of the weather, they will still be charged the full amount. In the rare occasion that tours must be cancelled due to unsafe weather and/or water conditions, we will notify you immediately.  Upon request, the customer can choose an alternative day to reschedule their original tour; as long as it is within the following 2 days. If the new date does not work, then the customer will be given a full refund.
